All designs, trademarks, artwork, and brand names (including KGE Unltd, #Nexxtpush, Prairie Hustle, KGE Photography Artwear, Free the Plant, or future brands) are the property of KGE Lifestyles Supply.
7. MADE-TO-ORDER & FINAL SALE POLICY
Because most of our products are made specifically for you:

No refunds or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse

No returns for misunderstanding product details

Customers must review size guides before ordering

Limited edition and artist collaboration drops are final sale
The only exceptions are defective, incorrect, or damaged items as stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. SHIPPING TERMS

If free shipping is not active, live-rate shipping applies.
Heavy or Large Items (Suitcases, Large Canvases, Home Goods)
These items always use live-rate carrier pricing due to size and weight.
Separate Shipments
Items may ship separately depending on production location.

Lost packages marked as “Delivered”
If a package is marked delivered and the customer cannot find it, the customer must contact the carrier.

KGE Photography (photo sessions, USB deliveries, editing services, weddings, and all photography-related activities) operate under their own separate service agreement and are not governed by KGE Lifestyles Supply’s Terms of Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States.
