1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.

This ensures premium prints, fresh stock, and high-quality results — but it also means shipping times and costs may vary based on product type, size, and production location.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.


 

2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • U.S. territories

  • Most international locations (where supported by our production partners)

Shipping availability may vary depending on the item, manufacturing restrictions, or carrier limitations.


 

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Shirts, Hats, Lifestyle Clothing)

Apparel may qualify for free shipping during special promotions.

If a free shipping promotion is not active, standard live-rate shipping will apply at checkout.

✔ Free Shipping Notes:

  • Free shipping is only for apparel items, not all products.

  • Free shipping is a limited promotion and may start or end without notice.

  • Apparel-only orders may ship separately from heavy or specialty items.


 

Heavy Items & Specialty Items (Always Live-Rate Shipping)

These products always use live-rate pricing from carriers due to weight, size, and packaging requirements:

  • Suitcases & luggage
  • Large canvases & framed prints
  • Metal prints
  • Duffle bag
  • Home décor items
  • Oversized products

Shipping costs depend on the customer’s location, carrier demand, seasonal rates, and package size.

Rates shown at checkout are live, real-time carrier prices — not set by the store owner.


 

4. PRODUCTION & HANDLING TIME

Because your items are custom-made, production time occurs before shipping.

Production estimates:

  • Apparel: 2–7 business days

  • Wall art / Posters / Canvas: 2–5 business days

  • Home goods: 3–7 business days

  • Suitcases / Large items: 3–10 business days

These times may vary during:

  • Peak seasons

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

  • Carrier overload

  • Inventory restocking

Production time is not included in the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

 


 

5. DELIVERY ESTIMATES (AFTER PRODUCTION)

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Remote regions: May require additional time

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


 

6. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages because different items may be produced at different facilities.

Examples:

  • Apparel + Canvas

  • Hoodie + Suitcase

  • Artwear + Home goods

Each item ships as soon as it is completed.

 


 

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If your package is in transit with no updates for several days, this is normal during busy seasons.


 

8. LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If Tracking Shows “Delivered”

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, and back door

  2. Check with neighbors

  3. Check with building management

  4. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

  5. Contact the carrier directly

We are unable to replace orders marked as “Delivered” unless the carrier confirms the package was lost or misdelivered.



If Tracking Shows No Delivery

If the package never moves or tracking is stuck, contact us within 14 days, and we will investigate.

Packages confirmed lost by the carrier may be replaced at no cost.


 

9. WRONG ADDRESS OR MISSING APARTMENT NUMBER

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an address is incorrect:

  • Carriers may return the package to our production facility

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Shipping costs are not refunded

Please double-check your address before placing an order.


 

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Duties

These charges are determined by the customer’s country and are not included in our pricing.

The customer is responsible for any additional fees required to receive the package.


 

11. SEPARATE POLICY FOR KGE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

This shipping policy applies only to products sold through KGE Lifestyles Supply.

Photography services operate under their own delivery policy and may include:

  • USB deliveries

  • Online galleries

  • Printed photo packages

  • Wedding or event delivery timelines

These services are not covered by this Shipping Policy.
