Refund & Exchange Policy

At KGE Lifestyles Supply, every product is custom–made to order through our professional production partners. Because your item is individually created for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy applies to all house brands under KGE Lifestyles Group LLC, including:

KGE Unltd, #Nexxtpush, Prairie Hustle, KGE Photography, Free The Plant, Broken Vibez, Cat-O-Graph, and all artist collaborations.

 


 

🔥 FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Apparel (shirts, hoodies, jackets, sweats, hats, beanies)

  • Artwear (clothing printed with photography or artwork)

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Artist collaboration collections

  • Accessories (bags, totes, phone cases, hats, socks)

  • Wall art (canvases, posters, framed art, prints)

  • Home décor items

  • Made-to-order specialty items (including suitcases)

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Mistakes made during checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Disliking fit, color, material, or style preference

Please check the size guide on each product page or contact us with questions before ordering.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide the following:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • Photo of the full item

  • Photo of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Order number and email used at checkout

We will submit your claim to our production team for review. Once approved, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

You do not need to return the damaged item.


🚚 Order Not Delivered / Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered”:

We are unable to offer a free replacement unless our production partners confirm that the package was lost in transit.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check with household members

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check your local post office

If tracking shows no movement or the package is confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued.


 

🏷 Wrong Address or Missing Apartment Number

If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout:

  • The carrier may return the package to our production facility

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

  • No refunds will be issued for address errors

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.


⏳ Production Time

Because all items are custom-made:

  • Apparel typically ships in 2–7 business days

  • Wall art typically ships in 2–5 business days

  • Oversized items may take longer

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately


💵 Refunds (Only for Approved Cases)

If a refund is approved instead of a replacement:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank (usually 5–10 business days)

  • Only the cost of the item is refunded (shipping is non-refundable unless the issue was our fault)


🎨 Artist Collaborations

All artist collaboration items are limited-run, final sale.

Collab items are only eligible for replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print or embroidery is defective

  • The wrong item was received

No refunds for size, preference, or sold-out items.
